Terms of Service

1. The service

Tokmine provides a CLI and hosted gateway that exposes AI model servers running on your machines through a public, authenticated URL. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and tokens

You are responsible for keeping agent tokens and account tokens secret and for all activity under them. Tell us promptly if a token is exposed so it can be revoked.

3. Fees

Paid use is billed monthly at $0.50 per machine and $0.50 per seat. A machine is a computer running the CLI. A seat is a user who made at least one API call through your machines in the billing period. Anonymous 30-minute sessions are free. You may cancel at any time.

4. Your models and content

You are responsible for the models you expose and for having the right to run and share them. Tokmine transmits requests and responses between callers and your machines and does not claim rights in them.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the acceptable use policy.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and anonymous sessions may be ended at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tokmine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
