Marketplace

Use models directly from private providers, easier and cheaper!

Live prices from providers on Tokmine, per 1M tokens. You set a maximum price, and the marketplace is only used when your own machines cannot serve a request.

Current prices

Prices are anonymised ranges across providers, in USD per 1M tokens. A provider's asking price is what a buyer pays, Tokmine keeps 10% of it.

Buying

What to know before you buy

  • Your requests run on third-party machines

A provider's computer processes your prompt. Tokmine does not store request or response bodies, but you cannot inspect the provider's machine. Treat it like any third-party API and do not send secrets or regulated data.

  • You set the maximum price

Set a maximum per 1M input and output tokens, and an optional monthly budget. Providers asking more than your maximum are never used, and requests stop when the budget is reached.

  • Only when your own machines cannot serve

Marketplace use is off by default and switched on per workspace or endpoint. Even then it is a fallback: requests go to your own machines first.

  • Privacy-first, checked by the CLI

You can require privacy-first providers or just prefer them. The tier comes from a check the provider's CLI runs on its own machine, so it lowers risk without guaranteeing anything.

  • Billed monthly with a card on file

Usage is metered and invoiced once a month at the providers' asking prices. A valid card is required to buy.

  • Price is not the only difference

Speed, context length and quality vary by provider machine. Output from third parties can be wrong or malicious, so validate what you rely on.

Questions

  • Why are some models marked limited supply?
A price range is only shown when enough providers offer a model. With fewer, a range could point at one provider, so we show only that there is limited supply.
  • Is the price I see the price I pay?
You pay the asking price of the provider that serves a request, which is never above your maximum. The table shows ranges across providers, not a quote.
  • Who is the provider?
You never see. Providers and buyers are anonymous to each other, and the table contains no names or machine details.
  • Can the marketplace replace my own machines?
It is meant to complement them: use your own machines first and the marketplace when they are missing or busy.
